1.Unlike what others think the work life balance is not good. There is excess work and lack of funds to hire new talent. 2. There is no corporate culture (in a bad way) . No proper policies and procedures. 3.there isn't even an induction program for new employees to know the seniors and management. 4. Most vintage employees are unprofessional, incompetent and entitled. They have survived due to the job security . 5. Wouldn't recommend to anyone if this not their first job . 6.
