After working here, you start realising that you have lot of capabilities.

The new teachers in the school are burdened with work. Working is good, but it is unfair and totally unethical if a teacher has to do co-teacher's work too. No work life balance. They expect you to work round the clock (they might even call you to do something at 11pm.) The team meetings start at 10pm and go on till 12 am. Principal/ head secondary are absolutely rude.
