Good work environmwnt and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polocies are good, appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike every year.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
