For most people, work is stuff like updating Excel sheets. Few people are targeted and they soon leave There is a reason that Boeing is facing all the problems currently.

Dislikes

Pay, discrimination, extremely top-friendly i.e. managers mean more to the company than engineers.

Overall boeing was very good organization a nice Work life balance and salary

Boeing is very good company but Managers are ruining it like hell . Most of the managers are not fit to manage people they are fit to do dirty politics and discrimination with people.Even in layoff they removed people who were very good and they were talkative with manager and never said yes blindly to them . Few years ago boeing was dream company but now I'm feeling like my a ugly dream came true. Upper level management must identify and evaluate lower level management because they hide many unskilled and low performance and showcase good performing employees in any bad situation to make best performing employees to get affected. My only suggestion is better consider these above harrasment from low level managers from boeing. Great work life balance and very good work culture.

Dislikes

Hikes could be more. When I joined as trainee, for the first year, I got less hike though I performed well and was allocated to project early while some of them who were not even started working on projects got more hike because they were in a good business unit. I feel the hike should be same atleast for first year for all the trainees. This difference was very unmotivated.

-Hikes/Promotions are very minimal as compared to market standards. -Lot of micromanagement. -Managers are biased towards employees for promotion. -Not much scope of Modernisation in Tech Stack. Mostly you'll find legacy projects with old tech stack in most of the domain. -Current Market Position has resulted in Global Workforce Reductions and panic amongst teams throughout Boeing.
