Only few who deserves as managers are actually managers, rest are just growing through praising. few managers here are more than worse and saddist who always looks a chance to pull you down and never let you grow in the organisation’s. I must say that Boeing should stop hiring managers from Automotive domain as they don’t understand the work culture here in service organisations and treats everyone as they are treating manufacturing labour.
