Im working with bobcards from last one year 6 months. But still salary is not increasing and the new joining executive salary are higher than me, And also there are lots of pressure, they judge the within one week or in a months. But my opinion is that please do not judge any one within a months give him some time to show his performence.

Salary is not increasing who is working from last 1 and half year but new commerce executive is high than us. And also new people is growing here, Is already any one working here they are not changing his position.

Incase you are interested to take up your Career in Sales & Marketing of Financial Products this is a easy job. This is basically a credit card Business. Just credit card line of Bank of Boroda. If you like travelling you can choose this Job. You should be ready to convince people to apply for credit cards. Work timing is very convenient-10am -5pm Salary on hand is just 14000/-

Credit card is Good for those people who have its knowlege and Have more transaction. but the small vendor's or middle /lower class people are unaware of this and are made to apply for the same. People loose money without their knowledge, and it's really a bad job we do being a MBA. Another, you are outsourced employee of BANK OF BARODA, the branch Staff will never support you in any of your task and You are looked down everytime. Why a MBA personnel is taken for this job? A 10th passed candidate can also do this job. I still don't know who is the head of this company. We are no given any information regarding the company. Hence the jb culture is missing. High Targets. Get 5 credit card applications done in a single day . There will be login day once /twice a Month and per date e need to login 10 credit cards I was given almost 10 branches to handle.think how hectic it had been No benefits at all except pf that too with less contribution to he gind and more deductions fr our salary....Read More
