Workplace Environment. They hired me for V-KYC process for auditing but after joining they asked me to take the calls for onboarding customer. Apart from that there is only 30 minutes break for the whole day if you want a tea break they don't allow you to go to cafeteria, there was Tai/mausi who'll bring tea at your desk. Really frustrated in one day at the joining date and I quickly quit that job. After all this their HR team telling me that how can I ask my job role on the first day? Really? It's my right to know my job role from the day one even if you're sharing the JD for interview process then please hire the candidate for the same role.
