Product is good. But management is the worst. Won't give you salaries even. Beware. No work -life balance, no satisfaction, no security, no culture, no self respect, etc. and the list goes on.

Management is pathetic. You might not get salary on time, if you even get, then there would be a deduction and no clarification would be given upon the deduction, no culture, no work-life balance, leadership is pure waste (immatured). Beware and join at your own risk.

U would get off only when the manager wants a leave for himself. Even, you might need to work for 7 days a week as well.

Work-life balance is a bit uncomfortable, due to the extended time sales people are expecting to work // break timings are long instead of that if the total work shift is reduced that could have been better.
