They don't care about your personal life/ work life balance, all they need is sales, You have to be ready to work 10:30am to 10pm/Monday to Sunday. Even if you are on your holiday still you have to work. They don't pay salary on time and trust me you will never receive your full salary which they will mention in your Offer letter,They will cut your salary upto 30% without any valid reason. There is no job security. The management fire without any reason. They don't respect other's work. HR will not receive the calls. Company hire in bulk to give intern+PPO. But they don't give even if the performance is good. I urge everyone not to join this company. Otherwise you will waste your career
