Salary structure of company is better than other companies

Dislikes

Company's policies are employee orientated but ground level mangers are manipulating as per their convince and you can't argue with them because it ll affect the performance. You can see the HR only at the time onboarding after that you ll never seen them. Managers are pressuring so much.

Poor management, very less night shift allowance, no career growth and opportunities, lack of training and transparency in growth
