Dislikes

Sometimes you have to extend the working hours however there is no OT. If you are under a not so good manager then the working hours will be long and will have issues on getting leave.The compensation is the main issue and most of it comes under allowance hence if you're switching then it's an headache.

It's an perfect place for freshers to start up their career. You need to grasp as much knowledge as possible and make the best out of it. Work life balance was quite good for me as well as the work culture .

Dislikes

I personally feel that the onshore interaction was limited and their could be more effective training program to enhance the skills for the employee which could be beneficial for both the firm and the individual himself
