1) Politics are playing by legacy managers to making toxic environment for new employee forcing to resignation indirectly instead of giving support however organization is great one. 2) Human Resource people totally useless because taking full control by managers only 3) No proper appraisal evaluation

Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish.
