They encourage skill development of teaching staff.. life at aided section is heaven while that of unaided section is hell.. bcz aided section salary comes from government. And all the teachers get permanent after probation.

Dislikes

For unaided staff, there is no value for loyal and dedicated service.. no job security.. no appraisal.. no pay rise.. unfairly less number of holidays in comparison to aided staff..

I was given full support for my personal growth and was encouraged time to time to engage in various college activities

There is a huge gap between aided and unaided section of the college. The organisation is quite injust with the people working in unaided section of the college especially about working hours, holidays, workload and salary.
