The management and the staffs will always help you to learn new things and is very supportive. They are more like family than colleagues.

The only parts that i hate about the organization is the salary part. You are not rewarded for your work properly advice for freshers if you wanna join there don't expect much salary go there with a mentality to learn you can learn many things and it will be a lifetime memory.
