High aspiration of the founders to create a university at par with the best in the world in 15 years, gave me an unique opportunity as founder Vice chancellor to plan for such a distinctive institution. Contribute to the create of a very good vibrant team, implement a new education pedagogy based on multidisciplinary experiential create, contribute to creation of great infrastructure, especially for R&D and experiential learning at a stage never seen in any Indian university in just 30 months. Thus providing for young faculty, staff and students to do great experiential learning, R&D, Industry engagement, especially working with 300 companies. Thus a huge environment to work, learn and grow exponentially if they use all these infrastructure. Thus create a huge platform for the future. However the whole process would benefit even more, to meet all compliance norms and delivery objectives even in a great expectation and unrealistic timeline, if more Professional decision making is allowed at the top level....Read More

Dislikes

Need for creation of more decentralised and professional decision making, with a well defined organisation structure. As this causes confusion and discredits the great vision and also the non optimum utilisation of the wonderful infrastructure created. Off course the university is in the preliminary phase and I hope it quickly improves in the near future.
