My Try at Home Department Area Manager is very friendly and very helpful but now I'm in Store the Store manager is good but the working culture of overall is not up to the mark.

Dislikes

They don't think much about their employees and want them to work for them very passionately the upper management don't listen to you. They not reply back to the emails on time.
