It's a non professional owner driven factory where cultural improvement is unacceptable. No increament for anyone and compliance towards norms is heavily disobeyed. Family members are having divided opinion on each decision causing everytime confusion for working management.. Workmen are afraid of job insecurity. Worst place to work.
