- No Micromanagement - Flexible and supportive seniors - Internal project switch - Easily approachable - Flexible with full day or half day off

- No team interactions - Inter-team engagements are significantly less (specific to the project) - No features or release planning and documentation (what seniors think they implement and also revert it as per their mood only). - No concrete feature implementation planning, applying everything whether it is required or not (development without any fixed direction).

I am working as an SMTS on one of the projects of BlueStacks. I perform end-to-end manual test activities where I have to understand the requirement, write and execute test cases, report bugs, do sanity and regression, post-release

Seniors are supportive and good but management is worst. Got fired and i told them to do some research but the hr team didn't care to listen and keep telling me that my work is not satisfactory. I get good feedback from my senior every week on chat and i even told them to check my chat. But didn't bother to check.

Dislikes

No job security. My payment is still pending after fired me. I left offer to join this company and in return they fired me and didn't bother to listen what I had to say in my defence.

The Management is pathetic. Life of lower level employees is terrible. Arrogant, Egoist, Snobby managers in place. Lower level employees are not credited for their work instead the manager puts it under her name and presents to the higher management. They don't give proper appraisals. No respect for people's personal loss. Too much of micromanagement by people who had no background of work and yet were hired as lead. Open favoritism and open politics. Company folks are cool about any assistance required to an employee, work culture is good, company policiea are relaxed.

Dislikes

No interaction with manager, due to which employee's progress is not visible directly. Not very well managed with communication pov. And work life balance is not vEry good.
