- my team lead was abusive and micromanges me - HR was so unprofessional and biased towards company - entire company is a family business placing unprofessional people in top management - First they hire you through colleges, but after some time they lay off employees - they include a variable compoenent in ctc but never pay

Only the behaviour of the collegue because they are also going through the same.

Specially the behaviour of the ceo and as an intern they have used me like they said that i will get full time at a package of 8 lpa now after completing the internship of 9 month they said we will give only 2 lpa. The dual nature of the company and the toxic behaviour of the ceo.

I hated everything about that organisation. Managers/ seniors were very rude and unprofessional. There were late night works and very much pressure. HR is also very rude.

Support during lockdown wasn't what I was expecting. Even though I was on unpaid leaves they terminated my services in the month of June. It was a good start though and I was enjoying the kind of work I was getting. But the separation tenure wasn't very good. And they didn't even compensate me while asking me for my resignation due to covid situation.

Dislikes

The only fact that they didn't consider me as a valuable asset and made me resign even when I was on unpaid leaves.

The work life was quite good and had plenty of time apart from office to enjoy the rest of the day.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
