Work environment is pathetic. Worst management of work. Employee are being threatened every time. Behaviour of managers towards their team members is ready a point of concern.

Pathetic management and work culture, Low pay.

Lots of politics, if you want to rise you have to know senior people personally, don't argue, different rules for different people.

Work Details

In the begining i feel good, but after year things got changed, they create there own rule as per there requirement. If they want to show you as a bad/non performing employee then they do anything. Lot more to say but...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
