It's the best Organisation, I have had worked in my entire career. System has been put in place and its a system driven organisation. Guidance by peers, hand holding, very good bosses. I worked in Blue Star in two Tenures 1) From 2008 - 2011 in Hyderabad and 2) From 2013 - 2015 in Karnataka Branch. Overall experience is very good.

The assignment were very challenging. I was heading the Commercial & Contracts Dept of Electrical Projects for AP in 2008-2011 and thereafter heading the Commercial & Contracts Dept of Karnataka branch based out at Bengaluru from 2013 - 2015.

I had highly negative experience working at Blue star limited. The workplace environment was extremely unpleasant, With colleagues displaying Significant bias and treating me poorly. Additionally my reporting boss was exceptionally unprofessional and very difficult to work with him. He displayed clear favouritism towards certain employee, Creating a toxic and demotivating atmosphere.
