Nothing Very high politics. No leaves work like donkey. No family life too much pressure. Seniors & HOD don't have any knowledge of commercial because they are from finance background. HOD sitting in Dubai so no protections. High politics nobody will trained you properly. If you don't have job then it is good to join this department for time being.

My reporting management was a very manipulative lady and she built this whole false image of mine and surprising I was not supported by anyone from the organisation knowing my work ethics and contribution. So it’s highly people driven, once ur purpose is solved you will be treated badly.

the work culture is worst in bluestar...the senior management treat employees as dogs and the language of seniors are very poor and bad...they abuse the employees even after working day and night...no weekends and you have to work on Sundays also...no holidays and no leaves were approved.. please dont join in the hope of good future there's no carrier growth.. management just do politics💯
