Blue Star is Commercially very strong.

Dislikes

If you don't have job you can join Blue Star. Work life balance in very poor in procurement. Appraisal and Promotional process in this dept is completely biased. Don't think of working in this organization for long time span. Set KRA are fictitious and the same can't be achievable in procurement. No job aspirant should join Bluestar under Arnab Bhattacharya of procurement department, he is toxic manager who demoralizes and damages the people underneath them. His repeated, disruptive behavior drives his subordinate to become disengaged, diminishes sense of belonging, and takes away their autonomy and sense of purpose- all of which are vital for thriving at work....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
