Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

Dislikes

Very bad management decisions. Not at all planned projects. Priority switches on daily or weekly frequency. Technology wise very ancient in electronics. No real R&D. Always try to benchmark other competitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability</mark>. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work....Read More

Need some Clarity

I had an interview scheduled with an U.K panel on 16th December 2024, the same got cancelled due to unavailability of the team just 4 hrs prior. I was informed the team will be on leave for Christmas and NewYear and will be back by 6th January 2025. It's been 2 days after that also and no communication till yet. Tried connecting with the HR, he told to bear and interview is in pipeline. Can anyone please give a clarity on the situation?
