The Upper management is nonsense in the Thane location. They don't have any data and take decisions based on their own sense which can backfire. And if it backfires they search for someone to blame on. A lot of politics happen due to which some people get slaved by these top management bad decisions and ultimately company gets in adisadvantage position. No training. A not good place to work. Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

Dislikes

Very bad management decisions. Not at all planned projects. Priority switches on daily or weekly frequency. Technology wise very ancient in electronics. No real R&D. Always try to benchmark other competitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor.
