Top Management has a solid vision about company growth and they ensure that it is realigned every time/Year as per Economy condition. Very good work culture which is maintained from many decades. Gives importance to Employees.

Dislikes

Lot of Politics and favourisim by senior level managers. Only Frontline Managers and engineers have to work like Donkeys. Rest all are there to just question and take lakhs of salary. Many useless senior level managers are there who don't do any contribution but sitting and taking lakhs of salaries. Regular Increment percentage is not that good. Usually in the range of 5 to 6% only.
