Likes

The company head and co-head are so supportive. There is no target based work, no workload. Feel good in the company environment.

Dislikes

There is no bonus, no colleagues. Have to do work at home also.

Work Details

In this company, I have to work on promotional work like designing banners. Work is sometimes exciting but sometime you will get bored by doing the same thing again and again.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
