Good work environment and culture.our colleagues are very supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.carrer growth is decent but salary growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.

Good environment and culture and peaceful area no work tension but not improve skills, salary and take care about workers, but salary given exactly every month in time

Dislikes

There is NO GROWTH about career no salary increment and no training given to freshers totally there is no self satisfaction

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
