Once if u drop ur papers the problem starts from there. The management’s behaviour towards you will be rude & disrespectful..even if u serve the notice they will not relieve you saying tat you dint achieve the target. So the only way to get relived is to pay ur one month salary. Even if you achieve the target they will still say the same. Worst organisation ever.

To get ur relieving letter u have to pay ur one month salary. They don’t follow business ethics. Worst management
