The management does not trust its employees. Every employee is in virtual surveillance and even after the employees have left for the day their systems are checked by the management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
