I didn't find any downsides. Occasionally, weekend work is needed due to the small team, but if you're passionate about tech, it won't be an issue.

Working culture . More preference give to quantity then quality. Managers (underwriting department) with zero operational knowledge. Flexibility issue in terms of taking leaves. They ask employee to work on their Planned leave day as well and if not then they will start targeting you
