Dislikes

Fake HR Promises - and if you go against them, be ready for a legal case on you. Bad Appraisal of employees in the lower hierarchy No concept of sick leave, or anything. Only 15 casual leave throughout the year.

Your in-hand salary will be very as compared to another organization offering you the same package.

Dislikes

completely Lala driven company No ethics. if you are in good book , you may get 2-3 appraisal in an year ELSE you may see appraisal once in 2 years. If you are late by more than 10 min. your half day salary will be deducted. Salary cut during Covid-19 in the name of WFH. Only 50% salary was given as per the companies WFH policy. You can be fired immediately , without giving any notice. Don't expect any skill development facility...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
