Polite and charming and God fearing sensibilities of the owner who himself sits in the office during the normal office hours. No unnecessary retrenchments observed in the company. Good working environment.

Competition is decent but growth is slow the wark pressure is very high sometimes have to work 10- 12 hours

Most people who joined with me were sacked within 5 months. They had hired teachers only to impress the NAAC team. For every individual they negotiate the salary. To the bank too they filled a wrong figure of one's income. They take interviews every year and fill a quota of teachers. Students are highly frustrated.

Dislikes

The colleagues are all in the same boat, so basically they are good people. Only the management is stingy in providing facilities to the students and proper salary to the teachers and there is no job security.

Work Details

I had been selected together with 20 others at the beginning of the semester, when the NAAC peer reviewers were about to visit. After 5 months 15 of us were sacked on the same day.
