We are repenting the day, we paid our hard-earned money to these guys for the public speaking course. They will call you back to back till the time you pay the fees..and once you have paid, you are as good as nothing for them. They will not even bother to inform you about holidays..they have a lack of staff and teachers that is what I got to know for my sources and on top of that, two stupid ladies varsha and sapna who begs for money on first go, will start showing attitude. This is a fraud company. They do not pay salary. I did not get 35K. All teachers are suffering from this. They disconnect the call. Management is very poor. They do not reply to a single message. Very disappointing behavior. They do not keep a good relationship with employee. They might have problem but they should inform to employee. They do not pay old employees but recruiting new employee because new employee do not know about them. Old employees stopped work with them. That is why they are recruiting. They will do same thing with the new employee. They are playing with children and parents also. They promise to give kits but do not give. They behave very professionally before taking admission but after that they do not receive parent's call. They give vendor issues. Very unprofessional. This is not an authentic company. The only thing which one person will like will be quit the company as soon as possible. Once you join and training ends of 7days, After that, reality comes and one get to know the really face of the company and its owner. One may work here due to their needs but they make them feel regretted after one or two months only. There is no job security as They follow no business ethics and values. They have no value of employees whether they are from sales team or from teaching staff. You have to work from 10:30am to 10:00pm and sometimes even till 11:00pm. They deny their own policies everytime if its not working into their favour. They always try to find excuses so that they don't have to pay employees. I had team in this company and whenever I tried to make them compensated for their work as per the KRA rules which they mentioned in offer letter then they refuse to pay on KRA then they ask for revenue only and paid just 2k to the employees who worked more than 10hrs a day for 28 approx, they are very biased....Read More

There is no life only work. Even on the holidays, they indirectly force employees to work and if they don't work then they say in team groups that they are not dedicated for company and to their work, I mean seriously, don't even pay them for working days

I only liked the part where I can teach as per my convenience from home without any company problems to handle, just doing my job peacefully.

but when it comes to salary they don't pay for months and only show off with false promises that they will pay after a month or two but I didn't get paid for 4 months of teaching and not just me but with me there were almost 50 more teachers who didn't get paid for their work.
