Nothing. This company is in market to make parents as well as teachers fool. There is no teaching, no syllabus, no communication between parents and company.

Dislikes

They hire teachers frequently as no teachers can work here persistently. They never give salary on time. After few months of joining they start delaying in salary by saying we don't have enough fund for salary. Ms Kajol, Mr Ahmad Madni, and CEO Mr Shahrukh Usmani they even don't listen their employees. We r tired of asking about status of salary but no reply yet.

Learned about managing online classes, developed personality and speaking skills as a teacher. Cooperative colleagues and a great online education platform for students and work culture for teachers.

Nothing, I wish more and better successful opportunities for the company. Salary is decent though career growth will take a little time but that is worth it.

We are repenting the day, we paid our hard-earned money to these guys for the public speaking course. They will call you back to back till the time you pay the fees..and once you have paid, you are as good as nothing for them. They will not even bother to inform you about holidays..they have a lack of staff and teachers that is what I got to know for my sources and on top of that, two stupid ladies varsha and sapna who begs for money on first go, will start showing attitude. Even after leavjng compamy my FNF is still not done and there is no sign even that they wish to do.HR doesn't reply to mail and trainers and accounts department block you whatsapp when you ask for help...i request everyone plz dont join it

This is a fraud company. They do not pay salary. I did not get 35K. All teachers are suffering from this. They disconnect the call. Management is very poor. They do not reply to a single message. Very disappointing behavior. They do not keep a good relationship with employee. They might have problem but they should inform to employee. They do not pay old employees but recruiting new employee because new employee do not know about them. Old employees stopped work with them. That is why they are recruiting. They will do same thing with the new employee. They are playing with children and parents also. They promise to give kits but do not give.
