The only thing which one person will like will be quit the company as soon as possible. Once you join and training ends of 7days, After that, reality comes and one get to know the really face of the company and its owner. One may work here due to their needs but they make them feel regretted after one or two months only. There is no job security as They follow no business ethics and values. They have no value of employees whether they are from sales team or from teaching staff. You have to work from 10:30am to 10:00pm and sometimes even till 11:00pm. They deny their own policies everytime if its not working into their favour. They always try to find excuses so that they don't have to pay employees. I had team in this company and whenever I tried to make them compensated for their work as per the KRA rules which they mentioned in offer letter then they refuse to pay on KRA then they ask for revenue only and paid just 2k to the employees who worked more than 10hrs a day for 28 approx, they are very biased....Read More

There is no life only work. Even on the holidays, they indirectly force employees to work and if they don't work then they say in team groups that they are not dedicated for company and to their work, I mean seriously, don't even pay them for working days

Nothing. This company is in market to make parents as well as teachers fool. There is no teaching, no syllabus, no communication between parents and company.

Dislikes

They hire teachers frequently as no teachers can work here persistently. They never give salary on time. After few months of joining they start delaying in salary by saying we don't have enough fund for salary. Ms Kajol, Mr Ahmad Madni, and CEO Mr Shahrukh Usmani they even don't listen their employees. We r tired of asking about status of salary but no reply yet.
