The school focuses more on academics and sports, which basically are the most important aspects of school life. No unimportant events or functions take place which enables the teachers to complete their targets well on time.

Dislikes

The weekly reports used to be time consuming.

It was like a rollercoaster, saw ups and downs, but in the end it was fun!

The staff body is really very supportive and the students are courteous and sincere.

Dislikes

The only drawback I could see in Bloom was the disparities in remuneration. The school doesn't have set rules regarding salary and appraisal.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
