If you are really ofan inquisitive nature and try to work on problems, within the limits of the company, Bloom allows you to. The India policy of compensation, insurance and leaves are fair and balanced and are above market median, Also timings are flexible for the most part.

Dislikes

Because its a very evolving product and company, there are some competing interests for each teams. It is necessary to be seen as some one selling the thing right ... rather than what is right technically. OFten you lose.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
