Family driven company..basically company has good potential. Bt management has recruited persons from internal resources who are with reference or family members at all key positions. The company markets good quality products and very reliable and clients from PAN India. I love the fact that i was part of such an esteem organisation. Also, my colleagues come from different cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

There is only one thing i dislike was although your work is appreciated but there is not much growth in terms of salary/appraisal.

Generally speaking, my work was a bit challenging as apart from my work i was taking care of several other factors related to my job, it was a multitasking job. There was a lot of pressure and schedule was hectic but it was a great learning experience.
