No Job security in this company and without notification they closed their office in Delhi. And not paid termination...

Dislikes

No Job security in bloom decor. They didn't get notice and shut down their office in Delhi and not paid salary of one month... Very bad culture and inhuman behaviour and unprofessional.

Middle management were good. Also hr. Work environment and colleagues were good. Monthly sales review meeting were very effective to maintain growth.

Family driven company..basically company has good potential. Bt management has recruited persons from internal resources who are with reference or family members at all key positions. These people and some old staff dont welcome fresh air . Besides this company is not for experienced professionals. If you are fresher nd dont dont want to work hard, company is good. For experienced professional there is not any scope of grooming.

The company markets good quality products and very reliable and clients from PAN India. I love the fact that i was part of such an esteem organisation. Also, my colleagues come from different cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
