As we all know BLK Super Speciality Hospital is one of the best Hospital in India.I work as a trannie in this Hospital for six months in Radiology department.In this time I learnt a lot of things like positioning in Xray,special procedure,how to handle portable machine,patient positioning in CT and MRI machine.Talking about work culture and management they are doing very good,they know very well how to talk with patient,how to handle problems....Read More

Talking about dislike for this Hospital I didn't have any dislike I like work culture,management, etc.I would love to do a job in this Hospital.

All the things are very good by the side of education it's a very good opportunity all the doctors are very skilled as the side of treatment it's a very good hospital but staffing is a big problem because according to the patient staff ratio in words is have to do corrections.

STAFF is bigger problem according to patient staff ratio. . . . . . Rest is accelent

OT environment is not healthy it's like buttering to senior authorities and the learning skills is very rare or lucky u than u. Can develop or learn in this environment

Very disappointed to join and work in this no extra payment of extra work over the time beyond to duty timing ...no appropriate duty timing

No family life if working with blk .Come early go late even if you complete your task .Seniors think late going is a good culture . No promotion in last 9 years ( I m having exceed expectation performace every year still struggling with favouring of department . NO VALUE TO EMPLYEE WHO GIVE MORE THEN 10 YEARS .
