All the things are very good by the side of education it's a very good opportunity all the doctors are very skilled as the side of treatment it's a very good hospital but staffing is a big problem because according to the patient staff ratio in words is have to do corrections.

OT environment is not healthy it's like buttering to senior authorities and the learning skills is very rare or lucky u than u. Can develop or learn in this environment

No promotion in last 9 years ( I m having exceed expectation performace every year still struggling with favouring of department . NO VALUE TO EMPLYEE WHO GIVE MORE THEN 10 YEARS .
