It was amazing to work with a team. Manager and my team are very friendly and approachable. I learnt a lot in shirt span of time. Work environment also good and they were providing training which helped me personally for my development.

There is no job security ...for doing any work no one is following any process... Everyone is doing any type of work... Manager is supposed to do manual packing of chocolates till 12 am like worker. Before joining bliss i worked another 3 companies which was very good .I worked in bliss only for 6 months.They can fire any time without given notice and without mistakes.Salary also not come on time...
