I thought medical policy should be applicable to cover all family members medical treatment cost. Need to focus on training section as most of the employees are not aware of regular working process. Every supervisor employee should be graduate at least.

the manager level positions are not good at all the time sometimes they treat employees good but most of the time we have to face problems and or individual problem can be solved by team mate not by managers.

Work since I am working in maintenance so my job is to repair and maintain the machine in running condition so here there are so many machines are working and we have to maintain them in good condition overall it is very good job for me
