You can be fired anytime. No job security. Management want 'yes sir' type people. No holiday. You have to work on holidays including weekend. If you won't work, you will be issued warning publically to be fired.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
