Stuck at my current company
Hello, I'm a data engineer with 4.3 LPA and 3.2 years of total experience working as an Ab initio developer at my present firm. Right now, I really need to switch, but I'm having trouble doing so because I'm not getting enough interviews for Ab initio development.
Could someone kindly tell me if learning ab initio alone would help me succeed, if I need to add anything else, if I should alter my designation to ETL DEVELOPER, and what technologies I need to learn for that specific role? I've been stuck on this LPA for the last 2 years.
