Here HR have no HR degrees but still is an HR . Here sales head have no MBA no market knowledge but are sales head. Here regional sales manager are sleeping in home . They have named themselves as Black cobra group ( BCG) just to compete with Boston consulting group ( BCG)

Working here will fell like you are a dustbin. They will use and throw. They want to be big as greenply,century ply but they can't be like them because they are corporate companies with good team , ability to pay higher salary, good hr team and most importantly owner with big heart. They want sales to be on top but want to give salary like of a worker 500-700 per day i.e 15000-20000 iss Jayda Inka aukat nahi hai dene ka. They terminated me because they can't bear my salary and email termination without any prior notice or even warning. Please be careful of this fraud one....Read More
