It's good company for upskilling your technical knowledge, they give individual working environment it helps in learning more about practice knowledge. Being an employee I know that there is very rare growth opportunities in this company as promotion and increment is a dream ...also working hours is very competitive being a contractor company. I am working in Chennai Metro Project from last 2.5 years and have learners alot but know I think ill change the company if get good opportunity as no growth or future is visible even with hard/smart work. Engineer salary package is also below average...there are some B.Tech Engineers having experience more than 4 years and are still working for 14000 Rs per month although I feel they are good at their work but future in this company is clearly visible. By the way BLK have provided me opportunities for learning and exploring my knowledge for which I am extremely thankful to this company.🙂...Read More
