Company don't event exist anymore. Now child of another company Poor Management skills Poor Guidance Quality No Business exposures Hire candidate using this name and cheat them by offering good amount of money and then make mistime in salary payment. No on time payment of salaray Parent company has also not experience of management, poor HR policy, Hygine issues, no job securities, no securities even. no respect for employee, donkey job, above are same as IT employess. No safe for female employee. MD is money minded person. He doesn't want to grow up in domain. Insulting a employee who work from them. Not event understand or willing to hear the though. He thinks, he know every thing about the process but sometime he miss leading employee and put in a bad position or condition. Don't have a knowledge of IT Management process of business convey to employee. Company had not infrastructure so please my advice not to join this company as far as you will get better opportunity out their....Read More
