A truly Professional and Respectful Work Culture, the management here embodies and respectful western work culture. i have never witness any shouting, or swearing or inappropriate behaviour from the management or any team (they discourage any nonsense attitude in the office). i don't encourage alternate Saturdays off, as personal space and time should be offered to the employee to maintain our mental strength and come up with fresh minds on Mondays.
